This might be one of my favorite all-time practices that I use in my morning rituals, in coaching sessions, and I even sneak it into the cool down of my group fitness classes. 

 

This guided practice will allow you to create, repair, and enhance the relationship you have with your sacred vessel (that beautiful body of yours).

 

I invite you to find a comfortable, quiet place to close your eyes and allow yourself to be guided through a journey of presence + connection with your body.
